Race is a factor When selecting a race for a rogue, you should look into the dwarven heritage. The inate ability to find lockboxes will come in handy when trying to get your lockpicking skill up, as well as there stoneform can get rid of the whole bleeding thing. But if your not into the dwarve thing, gnomes can be good rogues as well. The ability to escape traps as a gnome rogue can be very useful, not to mention there small stature and sneaky reputation. Nightelves seem to blend in beter when in stealth, but truthfully have no huge advantage eventhough I myself am a nelf rogue. Humans are just as good as nelf's, in that there arent a whole lot of extras to bieng a human rogue.
